Em uma tigela adicione o café, o açúcar refinado e a água.
 bata na batedeira ou fouet  por 10 minutos, ou até dobrar o volume formar um creme fofo.
Mantenha no congelador. Você pode fazer uma quantidade maior e guardar o preparo no congelador por um mês, e para dar um toque especial ao seu café experimente na hora de servir com leite quente, adicionar 2 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó, canela em pó ou outras especiarias a gosto.
