- Wheat flour500 g

- Oil1/3 cup
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
- Warm water1 cup
- In a container add the warm water, egg, oil, sugar, salt, yeast and mix.
- Add the flour little by little and mix with your hands, until the dough is homogeneous and begins to unglue from your hands.
- Knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes until it is very smooth and elastic. After that, let it rest for 40 minutes or until it doubles in size. (In case of punching in the mixer, beat for 5 min only)
- While the dough rests, make the filling. You can fill it with whatever you like. In this case, I made it with creamy chicken.
- For the filling: Saute garlic and onion to taste, add the chicken already shredded and seasoned with salt and pepper in cooking and saute well. Add 1 chopped tomato, 1 teaspoon of paprika and the seasoning you like best, stir well and turn off the heat. Add 200g of curd and your stuffing is ready.
- Now that the dough has risen, divide into two parts and open separately. Put the stuffing and close as you prefer. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle oregano on top (optional).
- Grease a large pan with oil and bake the savory ones at 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden. Don't let it bake too much and don't even put it on high heat so it doesn't burn underneath.
