Creamy chicken pate

Acrescente em um recipiente o frango já cozido, temperado e desfiado. Acrescente a cebola, cenoura e milho e misture bem.

Add the already cooked, seasoned and shredded chicken in a container. Add the onion, carrot and corn and mix well.

Acrescente à mistura a mostarda e o requeijão. Vá acrescentando a maionese aos poucos e mexendo bem até que alcance a consistência desejada, ficando cremoso e  suculento. 
Ajuste o sal se necessário, pimenta a gosto e por último a salsinha misturando novamente. A salsinha dá um toque especial. 

Add mustard and cream cheese to the mixture. Add the mayonnaise little by little and mix well until you reach the desired consistency, getting creamy and juicy.
Adjust the salt if necessary, pepper to taste and finally the parsley, mixing again. The parsley adds a special touch.

Você pode preparar sanduíches acrescentando tomates fatiado e alface ou servir com torradas numa entradinha por exemplo.
