- Sugar1 cup
- Soluble coffee5 tablespoon
- Warm water120 ml
- Cinnamon Powder1 teaspoon
- Chocolate2 tablespoon
- First, in a mixer, add the sugar, instant coffee and water, mix with a spoon first, then beat at high speed for about 15 minutes.
- Then, when the mixture is very fluffy and uniform, add the cinnamon powder and the chocolate, mix with a spatula.
- Soon after, turn the mixer back on and beat for about 5 minutes, turn it off, then put the cappuccino in a pot with a lid, then take it to the freezer.
- Finally, when serving, remove from the freezer and put 2 spoons of creamy cappuccino in a cup, for every ½ cup of hot or cold milk. Serve immediately.
