Bate os ovos , leite , óleo, sal  e creme de requeijão tudo a mão mesmo com um fuê até ficar bem misturadinho ( cerca de 2 minutos )

Acrescente 3 xícaras de polvilho , coloque numa forma untada com óleo e leve para assar no forno a   180° cerca de 50 minutos, até ele criar uma casquinha dourada .

Ele cresce bem , não precisa de fermento e depois ele dar uma murchada.

Usei aquele creme de requeijão que contém amido ,aquele que geralmente usamos para recheios de borda de pizza.


Beat the eggs, milk, oil, salt and cream cheese all by hand, even with a whisk, until well mixed (about 2 minutes)

Add 3 cups of sprinkle, place in a greased shape with oil and bake in the oven at 180° for about 50 minutes, until it creates a golden cone.

It grows well, it doesn't need yeast and then it wilts.

I used that curd cream that contains starch, the one we usually use for pizza edge fillings.
