- Beat the eggs, cream and sugar in a mixer.
- Add the wheat flour gradually and when the dough is very homogeneous add the baking soda and mix well.
- Put it in a greased shape and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until you stick a toothpick and it comes out clean.
