- Diced Peeled Tomatoes1 can(s)

- Green Smell, Salt, Seasoning to taste
- Water600 ml
- In a pressure cooker over medium heat, put a drizzle of olive oil and the chopped onion and crushed garlic, let it brown a little and then put the meat in pieces. Then put the peppers and let it cook until it withers a little.
- Finally add the water, salt and seasonings and leave it under pressure for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, add the peeled tomatoes and leave for another 20 minutes, if necessary, you can add a little more water. Finally, remove the pieces of meat from the pan and place them on a plate to shred and then place them back in the sauce. Serving with French bread or white rice is also delicious.
