- Peanut Flour3 tablespoon
- Quino flakes2 tablespoon
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Dried Cranberry to taste
- In a bowl beat the egg, and mix the peanut flour, quinoa flakes and xylitol;
- Mix well and add the yeast, and the dehydrated cranberries;
- Baked in the airfryer at 170 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
- Note: You can replace the cranberries with raisins or chocolate chips.
