  • English Potato700 g
  • Shredded Chicken to taste
  • Cream cheese or cottage cheese to taste
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Corn starch3 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs for breading to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water, mash them well, add the starch, oil and parsley and mix well until they come off. Stuff with shredded chicken, put a little cream cheese and mold the coxinha. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
