- Couscous3 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Cheese1 unit(s)
- Ham1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Put the couscous in a bowl and cover the couscous with water and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- In a pan put butter and egg let it fry.
- When you fry the egg .. put the cheese with ham and a little pinch of salt
- In a couscous pan put very little water and let it boil.
- Then comes the couscous dough and put it in the kitchen....
- After cooking the couscous, just add the fried eggs with cheese and ham...
