- Vitamilho500 g
- Margarine6 tablespoon
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- In a bowl add the vitamilho, salt, sugar, margarine and mix well adding a little water so the couscous is a little moist
- Set aside for five minutes, put water in the couscous pan to boil
- Place the base of the couscous bowl and add the mixture over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Pierce with a knife to check if it's loose, if it is, you can turn it off. If the knife is still coming out a little dirty, leave it for another 10 minutes.
