flake1/2 cup
water1/4 cup
Sugar1/2 tablespoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Margarine1/2 tablespoon
grated coconut0 to taste

Mix all the ingredients and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Grease the couscous mold with butter and place the dough inside, after 10 minutes, it's ready.
Note: if you have a cheese, it gets even better. I fried 1/2 sausage and 1 egg to go with it.
