  • Warm milk480 ml
  • Oil220 ml
  • Salt8 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sugar100 g
  • Fresh yeast50 g
  • Cornmeal300 g
  • Wheat Flour approx.800 g
  • Guava paste cut into cubes500 g
  1. Warm milk
  2. Mix everything in the blender except the wheat flour
  3. Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the wheat flour until it reaches the point
  4. Knead the dough and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
  5. After this period, separate portions of 100 grams or the grams you prefer and make donuts by placing a cube of guava paste in the middle
  6. Let it rest until it rises, then brush the yolk with milk over the bread and bake it over low heat for 00:45 minutes.
