- Cornmeal 1 and a half cups1.1/2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Milk4 cup
- Margarine or butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Coconut (optional)1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender (except coconut and yeast) For approximately 2 minutes, then add the coconut and baking powder and hit the pulse function very quickly just to mix. Pour into a greased and floured shape and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes (as it is a creamy cake, see if it's colored it's because it's ready)
