Cornmeal 1 and a half cups

Eggs

Sugar

Milk

Margarine or butter

Wheat flour

Coconut (optional)

Yeast

Cornmeal creamy cake

Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador (menos o coco e o fermento) 
Por aproximadamente 2 minutos, depois acrescente o coco e o fermento e bata na função pulsar bem rápido só para misturar. 
Despeje dentro de uma forma untada e enfarinhada e leve para assar em 180 graus por aproximadamente 30 minutos (como ele é um bolo cremoso veja se estiver corado é porque já está pronto)

Mix all ingredients in a blender (except coconut and yeast)
For approximately 2 minutes, then add the coconut and baking powder and hit the pulse function very quickly just to mix.
Pour into a greased and floured shape and bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes (as it is a creamy cake, see if it's colored it's because it's ready)
