  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Start by hydrating the Flocão with a little water and mixing, add some of the grated coconut bagasse. Mix with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar.
  2. Put it in the couscous pan and leave it on the fire until it starts to smell.
  3. Remove, cut while still hot and drizzle with fresh coconut milk.
