- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Start by hydrating the Flocão with a little water and mixing, add some of the grated coconut bagasse. Mix with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of sugar.
- Put it in the couscous pan and leave it on the fire until it starts to smell.
- Remove, cut while still hot and drizzle with fresh coconut milk.
