- Wheat flour1 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Cornmeal200 g
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- In a mixer or blender, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla essence to the cream and beat some more.
- Add the dry ingredients, flour and cornmeal and mix until a dough forms.
- Dust a worktop with wheat flour and open the dough with the dough opener, cut with a cutter or make small balls and mash with a fork. Line the pan with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees until the bottom starts to brown.
