- Wheat flour1 cup
- Corn starch1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Cornmeal mimoso1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Chocolate chips or chopped bar1/2 cup
- Sift the dried into a large bowl, except for the drops.
- Add the butter and eggs. Mix.
- When you get a dough, add the chocolate chips and incorporate into the dough.
- Grease a baking sheet with butter and cornmeal. Make balls, flatten them with your hands gently and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for + or - 20 minutes. In my oven I leave it for 15 minutes with the lower resistance on and another 5 minutes with the upper element turned on. The cookies come out white, don't get attached to appearances.
