Soybean oil5 tablespoon
Corn flour2 cup
Whole wheat flour1 cup
Milk300 ml
Grated Mozzarella1/2 cup
Cinnamon and Fennel to taste
Baking powder2 tablespoon
Egg whites3 unit(s)

Beat the sugar, eggs and oil. Add the milk, cinnamon and fennel. Then mix in the grated mozzarella.
Add the corn and wheat flour little by little, mixing gently.
Mix the yeast and then the snow whites. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees in greased forms for about 30 minutes.
