- Corn flour2 cup
- Whole wheat flour1 cup
- Milk300 ml
- Grated Mozzarella1/2 cup
- Cinnamon and Fennel to taste
- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- Beat the sugar, eggs and oil. Add the milk, cinnamon and fennel. Then mix in the grated mozzarella.
- Add the corn and wheat flour little by little, mixing gently.
- Mix the yeast and then the snow whites. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees in greased forms for about 30 minutes.
