- cornmeal1.1/2 cup
- milk1 cup
- oil1 cup
- sugar1 cup
- eggs3 unit(s)
- grated parmesan cheese50 g
- yeast1 tablespoon
- Mix the cornmeal and milk and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Put the sugar, eggs and oil in the blender and beat well, then add the cornmeal hydrated with the milk, pass again, add the Parmesan cheese and pass a little to mix.
- Place this mixture from the blender in a bowl, add the yeast and mix.
- Put it in a greased shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for approximately 45 min or until you stick a toothpick and it comes out clean.
