  • glass of milk1 unit(s)
  • cornmeal cup1 unit(s)
  • cup of wheat flour1/2 unit(s)
  • royal powder (not too full)1 tablespoon
  • pinch of salt1 unit(s)
  • Fennel [optional] to taste
  1. Beat the eggs in the blender.
  2. Then put all the ingredients.
  3. Let it beat until it forms a homogeneous mass. If you notice that the dough is soft, add just a little more cornmeal.
  4. Grease the mold with butter and flour.
  5. Place in preheated oven. Leave for about 30 minutes or until golden.
  6. Lower the oven to 180 degrees to bake slowly and not be smothered or raw.
