- glass of milk1 unit(s)
- cornmeal cup1 unit(s)
- cup of wheat flour1/2 unit(s)
- royal powder (not too full)1 tablespoon
- pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Fennel [optional] to taste
- Beat the eggs in the blender.
- Then put all the ingredients.
- Let it beat until it forms a homogeneous mass. If you notice that the dough is soft, add just a little more cornmeal.
- Grease the mold with butter and flour.
- Place in preheated oven. Leave for about 30 minutes or until golden.
- Lower the oven to 180 degrees to bake slowly and not be smothered or raw.
