- Demerara sugar1 cup

- Soybean oil1 cup
- water mill cornmeal2 cup
- White wheat flour1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Fennel and Cinnamon to taste
- Shredded coconut flakes (no sugar)100 g
- Whole milk3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- cup = American cup Blend the first 3 ingredients in a blender for 1 minute. Then add the milk, cornmeal, salt and cheese and beat for another 5 minutes.
- Turn the beat in a bowl and add the other ingredients leaving the yeast for last. Gently mix with a wooden spoon or hand whisk.
- Turn the dough into a greased round hole shape (24 cm) and distribute grated coconut flakes over the entire dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
