- Salt (shallow spoon)1 coffee spoon
- Organic dry yeast for bread2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Cornmeal Flour1 cup
- Warm water until set. Dough point is softer than hard.500 ml
- Mix all the ingredients well and then let it rest for about 30 minutes.c
- Divide the dough into two small shapes and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 250°C for about 40 minutes. It depends on your oven.
