- Cornmeal2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Butter100 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- milk3 tablespoon
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder.
- Add the butter and mix by hand until it forms a wet crumb.
- Add eggs and milk to combine.
- Mix well, form a ball and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Make balls with the dough and coat in the cornmeal, put each ball in a greased shape and sprinkled with cornmeal, after taking it to the oven preheated to 220º for 20 to 30 minutes.
