Coloque em uma panela o leite,açúcar e farinhas para cozinhar.

Put the milk, sugar and flour in a pan to cook.

Vai mexendo até desgrudar da panela e formar uma massa pesada.

Keep stirring until it comes off the pan and forms a heavy dough.

Deixe esfriar ou bata na batedeira até esfriar.

Let cool or beat in a stand mixer until cool.

Use um saco de confeitar ou faça as bolinhas com as mãos untadas.

Use a pastry bag or make balls with greased hands.

Coloque em tabuleiro untado ou com tapete de silicone em forno que te 200° por aproximadamente 20 minutos.

Place on a greased tray or with a silicone mat in an oven at 200° for approximately 20 minutes.
