- Milk (substitute any)350 ml
- Unflavored Coconut Oil100 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Cornmeal mimoso1/2 cup
- Sweet sprinkle1/2 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Put the milk, sugar and flour in a pan to cook.
- Keep stirring until it comes off the pan and forms a heavy dough.
- Let cool or beat in a stand mixer until cool.
- Add eggs and yeast.
- Use a pastry bag or make balls with greased hands.
- Place on a greased tray or with a silicone mat in an oven at 200° for approximately 20 minutes.
