  • Maizena2 cup
  • Sifted Egg Yolks3 unit(s)
  • Lemon 🍋 (zest)1 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Yeast2 tablespoon
  1. Mix the egg yolks, sugar and margarine until pale. Mix the lemon zest, yeast, wheat and cornstarch. Love enough. Let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough with the rolling pin until it is half a centimeter high, cut the dough or make small balls. Bake preheated oven at 180° Bake 5 to 10 minutes. Tip * put parchment paper so it doesn't stick to the shape.
