  • White or whole wheat flour1 cup
  • White or whole wheat flour1/2 cup
  • sour starch1/2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Chicken egg2 unit(s)
  • Oil or olive oil1/4 cup
  • Hot water1 cup
  • Chemical cake yeast1 tablespoon
  • Chia seed1 tablespoon
  • Canned corn (2 tea coolers at home empadinha)1/2 can(s)
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Cottage cheese (I used 1 teaspoon in each pie) to taste
  1. In a bowl place the flour, flour, salt, eggs and oil. Mix it all up.
  2. Add the hot water and mix again.
  3. Then add the chia and the yeast.
  4. Mix everything until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  5. With the help of a spoon, arrange the dough in molds (up to half), put the corn and the curd, and fill the mold with a little more dough.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes.
