Can of corn1 unit(s)
Water180 ml
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Wheat flour1.2 cup
Breadcrumbs1 cup
Parsley and onion0 to taste
Salt0 to taste

In a blender, beat the water, corn and oil.
In a pan put the wheat flour, breadcrumbs, seasonings and the beaten mixture.
Over low heat and stir until it becomes a dough (like coxinha).
Let cool and shape into your preferred shape.
⚠️Note: the breadcrumbs were supposed to be just for breading the nuggets, but at the time I got the recipe wrong and put it in the dough. To my surprise it was even better than the first time I made it, and I decided to share.
