- Corn Flour or Flocão500 g
- liquid milk1/2 l
- Coconut milk1/2 l
- grated coconut1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Clove to taste
- Water for cooking3 cup
- Put the Flocão with the cloves and the water in a pan until the flour is covered, cover and bring to the fire until it starts to boil, lower the heat and stir so it doesn't burn, put the rest of the ingredients and keep stirring well. When it starts to release from the bottom of the pan, it's time to turn it off. Pour into a baking dish or refractory, decorate with grated coconut. Serve cold or chilled.
