- Sugar1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Grated coconut (optional)1/2 cup
- In a refractory, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed.. add the grated coconut and mix again.
- Grease a mold and add the dough
- Bake in medium oven for 30 minutes
