- Olivia's Olive Oil1 to taste
- Garlic1 to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Saffron1 to taste
- In the blender, beat 1 can of corn without water, with 2 glasses of milk.
- Use skim milk with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and set aside.
- In a pan with olive oil, garlic, onion, let it sauté and pour the contents of the blender.
- Put a spoon of saffron and let it thicken.
- Keep stirring, lower the heat if it bubbles and stir until it turns into cream (porridge).
- Then put another can of corn in the cream, hit the salt and finish with green smell or chumichurri.
