  • Sour cream2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil (for pasta)1 tablespoon
  • Drained Corn Can1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oat or wheat flour1.1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (cubes)20 unit(s)
  • Parmesan (for breading)1/2 cup
  • Olive oil (for breading) to taste
  1. Place the cream, olive oil, corn, salt and pepper in a blender and blend everything together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and gradually add the oatmeal or wheat flour until you get the point of ungluing your hands.
  3. Make balls, open and place 2 cubes of cheese, close.
  4. Dip the balls in the oil and then in the Parmesan. Place on a greased baking sheet with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until golden.
