- Corn1/2 cup
- Vegetable broth1/2 cup
- Butter or Margarine3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Sour cream1 cup
- Bread flour to taste
- Oil to taste
- Whisk the corn and vegetable broth
- Put the margarine in a pan.
- When it melts, add the crushed corn.
- When it boils, add the wheat flour (always stirring)
- Add the cream, stir well until it comes off the pan.
- Wait to cool, fill as you prefer
- Shape, pass in breadcrumbs and fry
