  • corn flakes1 can(s)
  • oil1/2 can(s)
  • butter2 tablespoon

  • yeast1 tablespoon
  • Guava Jam1 unit(s)
  • Qualho cheese0 to taste
  1. Pass the green corn, sugar, egg, milk, oil and butter in the blender, add the flakes and pass again.
  2. Cut the guava jam into cubes and roll in wheat flour. Cut the cheese into cubes too.
  3. Place the blender mixture in a bowl add the yeast, mix.
  4. Put it in a greased shape, put the guava jam and cheese over the cake and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until the cake is golden. It is worth mentioning that this time varies from one oven to another.
  5. Note: I measure by the can of corn
  6. Note: I prefer the less sweet cake, so I usually only put half a can of sugar.
  7. Note: The amount of guava jam and cheese is good to taste. It was so good that when I saw it there was only a little piece, I couldn't take a good picture.
