Corn cake with cottage cheese

Bater bem, no liquidificador  o milho sem o caldo, ovos, leite,  óleo e açúcar. 
Acrescentar a farinha de trigo(1/2 xícara)e o fubá (1 e 1/2 xícara)e bater pra misturar. 
Por último colocar o fermento e bater só um pouquinho pra misturar. 

In a blender, beat the corn without the broth, eggs, milk, oil and sugar.
Add the wheat flour (1/2 cup) and the cornmeal (1 and 1/2 cup) and beat to mix.
Finally, add the yeast and beat just a little to mix.

Forma untada e enfarinhada. Colocar  a massa na forma com furo e colocar  as colheradas de requeijão  cremoso (opcional).

Greased and floured form. Put the dough in the shape with a hole and put the spoons of cream cheese (optional).
