  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Grated Coconut100 g
  1. Drain the corn water, use the can as a measure and put everything in the blender except the yeast and the grated coconut.
  2. Now put the yeast and hit quickly, with the blender off put the grated coconut and mix.
  3. Place in a small shape greased with butter and sugar in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
  4. After roasting and cold, make a syrup with a little milk (coconut) and sugar, sprinkle with grated coconut on top.
