  • Cornmeal1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Pre-heat the oven
  2. In a blender, blend all the ingredients
  3. Grease a round shape
  4. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven and unmold after it has cooled.
