- Coconut milk3 tablespoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- Flaxseed Flour1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Cornmeal3 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 coffee spoon
- Salt - pinch1/2 g
- Baking powder1/2 teaspoon
- In a mug add the coconut milk, water and flaxseed flour, mix well with the help of a fork.
- Add coconut oil, sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar and cornmeal, mix again.
- Add the yeast and stir slowly just to incorporate it. Microwave for 2 minutes on high power.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
