- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Drain the corn and use the can for measurements.
- Place the corn (already drained), milk, sugar, cornflakes, oil, eggs in the blender and beat well until the corn is finely ground.
- If you want, you can add two tablespoons of grated coconut.
- Add the baking powder and pulse the blender 3 times.
- Pour this dough into the greased shape and take it to the medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.
