Wheat flour4 tablespoon
coconut200 g
yeast powder2 tablespoon

Beat the corn, cornmeal, oil, sugar and eggs in a blender for 5 minutes
Add the flour little by little and continue beating.
Add the grated coconut and beat for 3 minutes.
Finally add the yeast and mix with the help of a spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven in a greased shape with a hole in the middle for 40 minutes or until the fork comes out clean.
