- Wheat flour4 tablespoon

- yeast powder2 tablespoon
- Beat the corn, cornmeal, oil, sugar and eggs in a blender for 5 minutes
- Add the flour little by little and continue beating.
- Add the grated coconut and beat for 3 minutes.
- Finally add the yeast and mix with the help of a spoon.
- Bake in a preheated oven in a greased shape with a hole in the middle for 40 minutes or until the fork comes out clean.
