Bolinha de milho com queijo 🤤

1 lata de milho 
1 xícara de leite 
1 tablete caldo de frango ou legumes
2 colheres rasas de manteiga 
1 colher de sopa de salsinha 
1 xícara farinha de trigo 
* Experimente a massa quando pronta e acerte o sal se necessário

150gr de queijo provolone ou mussarela pra rechear. 

Para empanar: 
100gr farinha panko ou de rosca
1 ovo + ⅓ xícara de leite

Bata no liquidificador primeiro o leite com milho e caldo de frango, depois transfira pra panela com a manteiga até ferver! Acrescente a farinha e o cheiro verde e cozinhe por 1 minuto mexendo sem parar. 
Deixe a massa esfriar e depois molde as bolinhas recheando com o queijo que você gostar. 

Pra ficar crocante, empane 2 vezes!!! 

Frite em óleo quente e aproveite essa DELÍCIA ! 🤤🤤

1 can of corn
1 cup of milk
1 chicken or vegetable stock cube
2 level spoons of butter
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 cup wheat flour
* Taste the dough when ready and adjust salt if necessary

150gr of provolone or mozzarella cheese for stuffing.

To bread:
100gr panko or breadcrumbs
1 egg + ⅓ cup milk

First, beat the milk with corn and chicken broth in the blender, then transfer to the pan with the butter until it boils! Add the flour and green smell and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Let the dough cool and then mold the balls stuffing with the cheese you like.

To get crispy, bread 2 times!!!

Fry in hot oil and enjoy this DELICIOUS! 🤤🤤
