- In a bowl, beat the egg well, then add the coconut sugar and beat again.
- Then add the flour little by little until it forms a point.
- Grease your hands with coconut oil and shape. With a fork press lightly to form a pattern.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Note: it bakes very quickly so keep an eye on it. After cooling, place in a jar with a lid to keep dry.
