Chilled unsalted margarine1 tablespoon
Sugar5 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Wheat flour with yeast1 cup
Baking soda1 teaspoon
Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
Chocolate chips100 g

In the mixer, beat the daisy and sugar for 5 minutes.
Add the egg and vanilla essence and beat for another 2 minutes.
Add the flour and bicarbonate of soda, and beat until combined.
Leave the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Make small balls and knead them to form cookies.
Place about 3 chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, or until the base of the cookies is golden.
