- Blend the vegetables with the water in a blender.
- Carrots for the orange bread Spinach for green bread Beetroot for pink bread It's up to you
- In a bowl, add the egg, sugar, yeast, flour, oil, salt and the blender mixture.
- Mix well and start kneading Knead for about 7 minutes or on a hook mixer for 5 minutes
- Let rest for 25 minutes
- Shape the bread as you wish, I like to make balls
- Wait for it to double in size for about 30 minutes.
- Bake at 200° until golden.
- It has a shelf life of 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
