- Instant coffee3 g
- Water10 ml
- Unsalted butter (room temperature)50 g
- Sugar35 g
- Cocoa powder15 g
- Wheat flour85 g
- Completely dissolve the coffee in room temperature water and set aside.
- Mix the butter with the diluted coffee, add the sugar and mix well.
- Add the cocoa and wheat flour and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
- Make small balls and give the coffee bean an oval shape. Bake in the oven (preheated to 180°) Bake for about 10/15 min depending on the power of your oven. Be careful because they bake very quickly if they go past the point they get hard.
